About Octavia
I bring over 20 years of experience in HR, organizational change and operations within multinational companies. That means our conversations stay human, but never lose sight of how careers and organizations work in practice.
My path includes Vodafone, 14 years at OMV Petrom in organizational change, efficiency and HR management across Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Moldova, The Adecco Group, xpath.global, and my current role as Business Services Manager at Greenvolt Next Romania.
I am also a founder and co-founder of educational initiatives including Asociația The Social Incubator — BunInCariera.ro and EduAct, a jury member for AVE România’s “Directors of the Year” awards, and part of a LinkedIn community of more than 10,000 followers.
